This document is the Drain Basin, Inline Drain & Road & Highway (H-20 Traffic Load) Asphalt Installation Nyloplast Detail. Illustrations and charts included.

Illustrations show the asphalt installation for drain basin, which has a 8” minimum thickness guideline, the inline drain which shows the asphalt above concrete slab and Road & Highway with 18” minimum width guideline.

Typical Installation of Nyloplast inline drain and drain basin is explained through an illustration showing the inline drain, drain basin, variable elevation and watertight adapters. The 2nd illustration shows the 10” inline drain, 12” brain basin and inlet & outlet adapters that can be put on any angle.

A chart is provided with various structure sizes and their corresponding H-20 grate options.

Note 1 states that backfill material shall be crushed stone or other granular material. Note 2 explains traffic loads. Note 3 recommends 36” x 30” reducing cone for 36” drain basin.
