The drain profile for an athletic field detail shows the synthetic athletic turf thickness specified per project plans, 2” of top stone compacted to 95%, 0.5% slope from crown, 4” bottom stone compacted to 95% proctor, AdvanEdge laid flat on subgrade or fabric, natural soil compacted, geotextile, secure AdvanEdge with 60 penny pins or duct tape and natural soil, compacted.

Notes state that pipe installation depth, spacing, slope and backfill material shall be determined and specified by project engineer. The use of fabric around AdvenEdge or in the trench takes into account the particle size distribution of the backfill and insitu material.
