This document is the Table Mountain Casino & Hotel Case Study. The Casino in California doubled the gaming floor and added a resort using ADS products.

The Table Mountain Casino in 2020 decided to double its gaming floor space to 110,000 square feet and added a 151-room, 14-floor resort hotel, event center and bingo hall. Pre-cast concrete pipe and basins were specified for the project, but were not feasible because of various grades and elevations. The quick solution was ADS products.

The Nyloplast Water Control Structure can be changed “on the fly”, which was perfect for the different elevations on the site. If the inlet sits above grade, the structure can be cut flush to grade. If the inlet is below grade, extensions can be added to the structure.

The flexibility of the Water Control Structure and its quick availability were key for the project. AdvanEdge pipe and N-12 pipe were utilized to collect and move the stormwater runoff. The pipe was buried at depths between 4’-12’ (1.2-3.6 m).

The installation was done in 2020 using 58 Nyloplast® Water Control Structures,

37,700’ (11,491 m) of AdvanEdge® pipe, 6,560’ (2,000 m) of 12”-24” (300-600 mm), N-12® pip and Inserta Tee ® lateral connections.
