This document is the Waterstop Gasket Specification. Scope, material properties and installation directions with chart and figure included.

This specification describes the ADS WaterStop gasket available in 12- to 60- inch (300 to 1500 mm) diameters and used for a field installed seal that prevents water infiltration or exfiltration at manhole connections.

The ADS WaterStop gasket is made of a polyisoprene compound which meets the physical property requirements of ASTM C923 and shall be installed in accordance with ADS recommended installation instructions.

A waterstop gasket figure shows the structure wall and non-shrink patching compound. Nominal Pipe ID, Recommended Minimum Hole Diameter and Minimum Distance Pipe Invert to Structure Invert chart shows the sizes.
