The Nyloplast 2’ x 2’ Road and Highway Structure shows the integrated ductile iron frame and grate to match basin, 18” minimum width & 8” thickness guidelines, minimum pipe burial depth, variable invert heights, adapter angles variable, traffic loads, variable sump depths, watertight joint, backfill and various types of inlet/outlet adapters.

Note 1 states that 12” – 30” frames and grate shall be ductile iron. Note 2 drain basin to be custom manufactured. Note 3 states that drainage connection stub joint tightness shall conform to ASTM D3212. Note 4 states that adapters can be mounted on any angle. Note 5 says that road and highway grate shall meet H-50 load rating.
