This document is the 12" Universal In-Line Drain - Traffic Rated Nyloplast Detail. Inline drain diagram, grate chart with descriptions provided.

The inline drain diagram shows the integrated ductile iron frame & grate to match universal inline drain O.D., 18” minimum width guideline, 8” minimum thickness guideline, Traffic loads for concrete slab dimensions are for guideline purposes only. Actual concrete slab must be designed taking into consideration local soil conditions, traffic loading and other factors, minimum pipe burial, invert according to plans, various types of inlet/outlet adapters listed and the backfill materials shall be crushed stone or other granular material meeting the requirements of Class I, Class II or Class III material per ASTM D2321. Bedding and backfill shall be well placed and compacted uniformly per ASTM D2321.

The grate options chart lists the various grates, load rating and their corresponding Part numbers.

Notes state that grates/solid cover shall be ductile iron per ASTM A536. Frames shall be ductile iron per ASTM A536. Drainage connection stub joint tightness shall conform to ASTM D3212 for corrugated HDPE, ADS HP & PVC sewer.
