FW500 Woven Geosynthetic Specification.pdf
This document is the Geo Spec FW500, 10-22. It explains the specifications for woven geotextile with filter fabric properties and packaging tables.
This specification describes ADS FW500 woven geotextile Filter Fabric Requirements. ADS FW500 woven geotextile is composed of high-tenacity monofilament and fibrillated polypropylene yarns, which are woven into a stable network such that the yarns retain their relative position. ADS FW500 is inert to biological degradation and resists naturally encountered chemicals, alkalis and acids.
The filter fabric properties table explains property, test method, units and M.A.R.V. of grab tensile strength, grab tensile elongation, trapezoid tear strength, CBR puncture strength, percent open area, permittivity, water flow rate, apparent opening size and UV resistance (at 500 hours).
The packaging table lists roll dimensions and roll area.
